This acquisition will further expand Prolifics- information management offerings, having acquired Atrium Solutions, an ECM services provider, earlier this year, to better serve its customers.
With this acquisition, Prolifics will be able to extend its market reach with a wider breadth of offerings across the IBM software portfolio and further enable companies to turn complex corporate data into meaningful information that can easily be distributed throughout the organization.
