The company added 36 new OU Campus CMS customers and renewed 97% of existing accounts, propelling the organization to record earnings. Staff grew proportionately, with the company adding 28 new employees during the year.
During 2012, OmniUpdate focused on continually improving the customer experience. Based on customer feedback, several new features were added to OU Campus, including Accessibility Check for Section 508 and WCAG, Site Cloning, and Multi-Target Publish. Enhancements to the Source Editor and Reusable Content functionality simplified product use for developers and administrators. In addition, OmniUpdate assisted many of its current customers with implementing mobile/responsive design templates to enhance their web presence.
