WEST WARWICK, RI — (Marketwire) — 12/18/12 — The Board of Directors of Astro-Med, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALOT) on December 17, 2012 declared a special cash dividend of $0.07 per share, payable on December 31, 2012 to shareholders of record as of December 27, 2012.
This dividend is in addition to the Company-s regular quarterly $0.07 dividend declared on November 19th and payable on December 27, 2012.
