Students in the 51-week Graphic Technology Specialist program will develop the key skills employers demand. They-ll become technically proficient with the standard design software used in the field, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Students will also explore electronic design, web design and dynamic media, mastering the common software used in web design, such as Dreamweaver, Flash and ActionScript.
Graduates will be able to apply for a range of jobs, including graphic designer, multimedia developer, digital illustrator and interactive media developer. They may also find positions at advertising agencies, business services firms, commercial printers and publishing companies.
