The lawsuit alleges that Zyme Solutions is infringing on Channelinsight-s patent entitled Automated Channel Market Data Extraction, Validation and Transformation, U.S. Patent No. 8,296,258 B2. The suit was filed in the United States District Court in Denver, Colorado.
