LifeApps Digital Media Inc. Launches the New and Improved MDWorkout App

The all-new MDWorkout App has been rewritten from the ground up and is now available on iPad, iPhone and iPod touch. The app supports beautiful HD graphics that are designed to take advantage of Apple-s new Retina display, and the experience is optimized for all iOS screen sizes, including the new 4″ screen on the iPhone 5.

is a free app for download from the iTunes store that features exercises explained and demonstrated by medical doctors, certified trainers and professional yoga instructors. Users can log and view their workout history for each workout, with all entries recorded and aggregated over time. This workout progress can even be shared with friends via the new in-app share button and post directly to Facebook and Twitter.

In addition, high definition (HD) instructional videos complete with voice-over instructions are available for nearly every workout. A few HD videos are included to get users started and additional videos are easily available for purchase within the app. Videos are downloaded directly to the user-s device and no longer require an internet connection to play, saving bandwidth and making the videos reliable after they-ve been downloaded.
