AUSTIN, TX — (Marketwire) — 12/03/12 — (“IPC” or “the Company”), a developer of disruptive power converter solutions for , and infrastructure, today announced the completion of a $4 million convertible debt financing in a private placement to a group of institutional investors. (MDB), an investment bank focused exclusively on companies possessing or seeking to develop market changing, disruptive technologies and intellectual property (IP), acted as sole placement agent for the offering.
The Company intends to use the financing proceeds to accelerate the development and deployment of its for several markets. IPC products are developed and manufactured in Austin, Texas, for local, national and international markets.
