WILMINGTON, DELAWARE — (Marketwire) — 11/29/12 — TMM, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TMMI) (“TMMI” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas Mackie to its advisory board, effective December 1, 2012.
Thomas Mackie is the President of G-Force Leadership, LLC a consulting company that provides program management solutions, leadership training, business development and technical expertise to commercial corporations and government organizations. He founded the company in 2008.
With over 23 years of technical development, strategic planning, marketing, and tactical implementation experience, he has directed cross-functional hardware, software and test engineering teams to develop technical solutions based on next generation innovative and disruptive technology. Applications involved top-level integration, sales and marketing of technical solutions for “4K” digital video technology with major broadcast networks, news, sports and entertainment companies as well as government agencies utilizing SSD, fiber and wireless technologies.
Mr. Mackie is a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Program Support and Readiness. He has consulted to the U.S. Congress, the White House, DARPA, as well as various military, government and defense agencies. In addition, he has consulted to Red Digital Cinema, NFL Films, CNN, Fox, CBS, NBC, ESPN as well as the NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL.
He has developed strategy to leverage existing technology for new segments in aviation and sea-going vessels, both military and commercial. From 2004-2008, he was an Integrated Product Team Leader for Northrop Grumman Corporation, leading a $1.1 billion contract award.
Earlier in his career, he was a software test analyst for SAIC in San Diego and a Pilot for American Airlines, International Division in Miami, Florida.
Currently a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, serving since 1989. Mr. Mackie is a TOPGUN fighter pilot and was activated by the President of the United States to deploy as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2009-2010.
Mr. Mackie received a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business from Parks College of St. Louis, in St Louis, Missouri.
