Hurricane Electric-s Director of IPv6 Professional Services to Speak at the Information Management Network-s (IMN) Third Annual Forum on Financing, Investing and Real Estate for Data Centers This Week in Santa Clara

SANTA CLARA, CA — (Marketwire) — 11/27/12 — , the world-s largest IPv6-native Internet backbone and leading colocation provider, today announced that Owen DeLong, Hurricane Electric-s IPv6 Evangelist and Director of Professional Services, will speak at , which will occur this Thursday and Friday at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara.

On Thursday, November 29 at 11:25 a.m., Mr. DeLong will be featured on a panel titled “Evaluating Data Center, Internet and Other Key Standards.” The panel-s participants will discuss how to evaluate the relative importance of data center standards and performance metrics, and how to demonstrate compliance. The discussion will also highlight the economic, legal and environmental foundations of these data center standards.

Specific topics for discussion will include:

Efficiency metrics from ASHRAE, Green Grid and Uptime Institute

IPv6 addressing

HIPAA considerations

Audit strategies

Mr. DeLong will be joined on the panel by David Jemmet from ClearDATA Networks, Daniel Bodenski from CRB USA and Hector Diaz from Oracle Global Real Estate Management. Moderating the panel will be Tim Nicols from RagingWire.
