Friedrichshafen, April 20, 2010 – ND SatCom, an SES ASTRA company, launched its new website www.ndsatcom.com. The platform with fresh design and easy navigation offers users quick access to the company’s global product and solution portfolio. The start page will regularly feature new products in addition to coverage of the company’s military, government, enterprise, and broadcast vertical markets. The IT customer segment, a traditionally non-satellite communications market, is directly approached on the start page with appealing new content explaining XWARP, the company’s new enterprise connectivity solution. Parallel to the corporate website, the company has also launched ND SatCom fan groups on facebook for both ND SatCom and XWARP.
“Our driving motto for creating the website was accessibility by finding the right content and expertise quickly”, states Christian Adolph, Director Marketing of ND SatCom. “Users will easily find access to our global sales, service, training, HR and media relations teams. For all customers, the website’s extranet will be the online backbone for information and updates on our products.” Also, the improvement of the search function has resulted in a visually well-arranged presentation of search results.

In a second step, ND SatCom intends to further improve the website benefits by offering various online tools such as a link budget calculator, online training, an online shop, and podcasts.
