(arvato Systems) Gütersloh, Germany – arvato Systems has received a large-scale order following an EU-wide tendering process. arvato Systems will assume long-term responsibility for the operation of all infrastructure and SAP/specialist systems as well as network operation and additional services. The value of the order is in the double-digit millions.
swb provides power, natural gas, drinking water, heat, and telecommunications as well as a variety of technical services and energy recovery from waste to the cities of Bremen and Bremerhaven, Germany. The swb Group generated 1.2 billion in turnover in the 2011 fiscal year.
Comprehensive Service Package
swb AG decided to award a service package covering IT infrastructure and various other services. It is intended to allow improvements to IT architectures and operational processes to achieve a reduced total cost of ownership.
