Sloane pioneered a unique and cost-effective managed services support model leveraging people, tools and process coupled with a custom developed SaaS-based monitoring system. Before that, Sloane was the Director of Global Data Administration at Level 3 Communications, responsible for all data infrastructure, Business Intelligence, storage and database administration supporting the company-s massive Internet and VoIP network. Sloane also held senior technical and management positions at Corporate Express, (i)Structure, and Sprint Corporation, all of which focused on enterprise data architecture, database administration, IT operations and support services.
