TORONTO, ONTARIO — (Marketwire) — 09/18/12 — KMA Global Solutions International Inc. (PINKSHEETS: KMAG) On September 17th 2012, KMA Global Solutions International, Inc. (“KMAG” or the “Company”) which was traded on the Pink Sheets under the symbol KMAG.PK was suspended from trading by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and that trading in the securities is suspended for the period from 9.30 am EDT on September 17,2012 through 11.59 PM on September 28, 2012.
The management of KMAG were not aware of this order previous to September 17, 2012 and have contacted their legal counsel Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP to immediately investigate the status of the order and what options the Company has to rectify the situation.

To address this situation and for the benefit of all KMAG shareholders, the Company intends to audit its financial statements for the last two fiscal years and to file a registration statement on Form 10 to become a fully reporting company under the Securities Act of 1934.
