(TSX VENTURE: YCC) (“Yaletown” or the “Company”) announces the resignation of Ms. Gail Gabel as a Director of the Company. Ms. Gabel had been Acting Chief Financial Officer (ACFO) pending management-s appointment of a permanent Chief Financial Officer. She has resigned from this position and that of Secretary to the Board.
