The Berlin based startup company auctioned shares to private investors, starting today. The auction held on the crowd-investing platform Innovestment, selling shares to the highest bidder among all registered investors. Now, private investors can actively participate in the financing round of swabr, starting at a bid of in 1,000 EUR.
Until now, the team of founders has led the project with its own resources to a very late stage. swabr is highly developed and promoted up to more than 2,000 registered networks from companies and organizations. With the Innovestment crowdfunding, swabr will be able to continue developing its innovative communication service; releasing mobile applications for Apple and Android, and the premium version even faster.
The founding team is very pleased about the start of the crowdfunding auction: “We are very excited about the crowdfunding auction via Innovestment. With the help of the crowdfunding, we can reach our next milestones more quickly and we´ll be able to offer the service on multiple platforms and devices. With swabr, we revolutionize the internal corporate communications. Starting today and thanks to Innovestment, micro investors can participate in this project.” says co-founder Lukas Pfeiffer.
