Effective immediately, Heckart will be responsible for all aspects of the global corporate marketing organization at ServiceSource and reports to Mike Smerklo, chief executive officer and chairman of the board.
Throughout the last two decades, Heckart has played an integral role in the marketing and growth strategies of successful technology companies. As CMO of NetApp, Heckart spearheaded the rebuilding and integration of the global marketing organization. Prior to NetApp, Heckart was general manager of marketing and business development for the TV, video, and music business at Microsoft Corporation and previously served as vice president and CMO of worldwide marketing for Juniper Networks.
