The deal is the culmination of close co-operation over several years between TPG Germany and TPG Africa. TPG The Project Group is the world-leading provider of tools that provide integration between Microsoft Project Server and SAP, and together the two companies have jointly implemented integration solutions at several South African companies. After the deal was concluded, that co-operation has become even more comprehensive, covering not only the SAP integration products, but also consulting, training and product development. “The -Africa- part of our new name signifies the intent of TPG Africa to significantly expand our footprint on the African continent”, says TPG Africa CEO, Pieter Meyer.
