Willoughby was previously the senior vice president and general counsel of RockYou, a leader in social gaming and advertising, where she was responsible for all aspects of the company-s legal needs. Prior, Willoughby was general counsel of Method Products, a multi-national company that is a leading manufacturer of environmentally friendly, design-oriented household products. Willoughby started her in-house career at eBay. In her last year with eBay, Allyson was the director of legal affairs for eBay subsidiary StubHub.
