Immediately, Pinnacle Security regional manager, Cort Reynolds, responded with an in-person visit to the police department to discover specifics of the complaints that would allow Pinnacle to conduct its own thorough investigation.
So far, the police department and the mayor-s office have declined to share details that would enable Pinnacle to advance a thorough, internal investigation. The company hopes to receive that information to complete the investigation and remedy any issues.
