Following the remarkable success of the Talent Board-s North American 2011 awards program, the organisation has begun global expansion of the CandEs, strategically developing a corresponding program that addresses cultural nuances of the region. To support expansion and lead the U.K. program, the Talent Board welcomed new member, , partner at . The CandEs competition consists of three survey rounds designed to recognise organisations that produce outstanding candidate experiences. Round one is comprised of a multi-dimensional survey designed to capture and evaluate the nominated company-s recruitment processes and practices impacting the candidate experience. The submission deadline for this phase of the award process is June 15, 2012.
U.K.-based companies that advance in the competition and are recognised as CandE winners will be celebrated at a special Candidate Experience Awards ceremony later this year. Participation is confidential and free for employers.
