EnerNOC Adds Technology Veteran to Management Team

BOSTON, MA — (Marketwire) — 04/27/12 — EnerNOC, Inc. (NASDAQ: ENOC), a leading provider of energy management applications for utilities and commercial, institutional, and industrial customers, today announced that it has appointed Gerry Wilson to the position of Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this role, Wilson will drive EnerNOC-s IT strategy across its global operations, supporting the company-s worldwide growth and international workforce. Wilson and his team will continue to build out an IT infrastructure that reliably supports EnerNOC-s 24/7/365 , serving the critical needs of electric power grids around the world.

Wilson brings over 25 years of senior IT leadership experience to his new role at EnerNOC. Most recently, he served as Vice President and CIO at Unica Corporation, now part of IBM and a leading provider of Enterprise Marketing Management solutions. In this role, he led all aspects of the worldwide IT function, as well as the Real Estate, Facilities and Procurement functions. He and his team were responsible for numerous business process, infrastructure and information security improvements during his tenure, in support of the revenue growth of Unica-s Enterprise and Software-as-a-Service business. Prior to Unica, Wilson served as Senior Vice President and CIO at RSA, the Security Division of EMC, for over 8 years.

Wilson is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and has a Master of Business Administration degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Since 2007, he has also served as an Adjunct Faculty member in the MBA Program at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), in Worcester, MA.
