The resignation was executed in conjunction with a strategic business plan update previously announced on October 20th 2011.

Mr. Verges plans to expand his current role with the United Nations and dedicate more time to personal projects already underway, both focused on improving the capital markets for small and medium businesses worldwide with a special concentration on emerging markets.
