Android-Based Phone Named Winner in Myriad-Sponsored Best Handset Category at Mobile World Congress
DUEBENDORF-ZURICH, Switzerland – February 17th, 2010 – Myriad Group AG, a global leader in mobile technology with software in over 2 billion phones, congratulates HTC for winning the Myriad-sponsored Best Handset or Device Award at the GSMA Global Mobile Awards. The Best Handset award was one of only three presented at the National Palace in Barcelona, as part of the 2010 Mobile World Congress.
Myriad is also proud to have contributed to the Hero’s success by supplying key software components to HTC including Jbed (Java), MMS and Instant Messaging technologies.
