Alternative Windows start menu program to open programs and documents directly

The software company Infonautics GmbH has just brought the clearly structured Windows start menu Super Win Menu on the market. The start menu for Windows displays all the content of the PC at a a glance. The current used working environment is always immediately availble. No tiresome clicking through different folders is needed anymore in order to start the requested application or to open a recently used document.

When using the classic Window start menu often a tedious clicking through several folders is needed before a requested application can be started. Recently and regularly used documents can mostly only be opened again by using the file manager. An easier way offers the Windows start menu Super Win Menu. It displays all the content of the PC at a glance.

When moving the mouse pointer over the program icon of Super Win Menu the program immediately shows up at the screen corner and disappears automatically again as soon as an application is started or a document is opened. The clear and well arranged structure in “Programs running”, “Most used”, “Last used” and “Recend documents” enables to start a requested application as well as to open a wanted document immediately.

Based on the actions taken by the user the program memorizes automatically which applications have often been used during the daily work and lists these applications in a continuously updated order under “Most used” according to the number of calls.
Thus, the regularly used applications are always visible and can be started by one click only. Under “Last used” the last started programs are listed. For a quick access of documents the start menu Super Win Menu displays a list “Recent documents” containing the recently opened documents, images, spreadsheets, PDFs etc.
The design of Super Win Menu can be adapted individually to the own desktop design. Different design templates (skins) will be supplied with the program.
The lasted version of Super Win Menu 1.12 runs under Windows XP/Vista/7 in a 32 Bit as well as 64 Bit version. The software can be downloaded free of charge for testing purposes in the languages English and German at http://www.infonautics.ch/superwinmenu. The program will mostly configure itself. When installing the software no modification will be taken on the user-s system and the program can be easily uninstalled in case the program might not satisfy. The costs for a single-user license are USD 20. Additionally, there are a business license covering up to ten computers at a single company available and a corporate site license for an unlimited number of computers in the same company. All licenses are non-expiring and valid for all future updates.
