NEW YORK, NY — (Marketwire) — 02/21/12 — The Group, Inc., a leading and services provider in strategic North American markets, today announced that it closed a $75 million incremental term loan agreement. The Company will leverage the transaction to supplement its liquidity position, as well as for general corporate purposes.
