SAN DIEGO, CA — (Marketwire) — 01/31/12 — Hold-Free Networks, the leading provider of Web 2.0 Customer Service solutions, announced today that CEO Lance Fried will be a featured panel member in a session titled “Making Social Media Work Within Your Business” at ITEXPO East 2012.
The panel will take place on February 3rd at 10:00 a.m. Eastern as part of the conference programs held at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Chris DiMarco of TMCnet will moderate the forum which will also include Roberto Ricossa of Avaya and Kyle Sandler of The Droid Guy.
The purpose of the session, which is part of the Customer Engagement series at ITEXPO East, is to consider whether all businesses need a social media presence and to assess the implications of varying levels of social engagement. According to Gartner Inc., businesses will spend over $1 billion annually on Social Customer Relationship Management (Social CRM) by the end of 2012.
“The best panels I-ve been a part of are the ones where the audience gets to hear several diverse points of view,” said Lance Fried. “I think that will certainly be the case here. I look forward to sharing the perspective of a Web 2.0 Customer Service company — and listening to thoughts on social media from a large corporation such as Avaya Inc. as well as an independent technology publisher.”
Hold-Free-s fully hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for enterprises includes modules for Sales, Service, Social CRM, and Security. Hold-Free improves customer satisfaction and delivers a tangible Return on Investment (ROI) for banks, airlines, insurance carriers, technology providers, and other enterprises by making self-service features more effective and by shortening customer service handle times and eliminating misdirected interactions.
“We are fortunate to have a thought leader like Lance on the panel this year,” said Chris DiMarco. “He is in rare company in terms of having helped enterprise clients deploy successful social media programs while also applying the same principles within his own organization.”
