Fleming-Wood brings over two decades of experience leading global brand, channel, subscription and online marketing teams, most recently at Pandora where he served as the company–s first CMO. While growing the marketing team from two to more than 50 at Pandora, Fleming-Wood was instrumental in achieving the company–s brand leadership, driving significant audience and revenue growth, and establishing Pandora as the dominant connected music service in consumer electronic devices and cars. He also led the development of award-winning marketing campaigns including “The Next Song Matters” in 2015 and “Thumb Moments” in 2014.

Prior to Pandora, Fleming-Wood was the founding head of marketing at Pure Digital Technologies, maker of the iconic Flip Video brand, where he led the team through its $590M acquisition by Cisco. He has also held leadership positions at The Clorox Company, The Learning Company, Sega and Mattel.
