CallidusCloud Announces New Comp Plan Distribution and Modeling Technology for Commissions

The new release, announced at this week–s Dreamforce event where CallidusCloud is a Titanium Sponsor, gives compensation plan administrators a full end-to-end solution that transforms the entire plan creation experience, allowing any business user to create plans, and then manage and track plan distribution, one of the most time-consuming aspects of compensation management. The new modelling capabilities take the guesswork out of designing plans and enable users to predict the impact of any changes to their plans or the forecasted performance of their business.

Managing compensation plans is typically a labor-intensive manual process with limited tracking. In many states in the U.S., law dictates these plan documents must be tracked and approved by the sales rep. The new release automates this process, enabling the simple creation, preview, and distribution of plan documents for both direct sales reps and channel sales. Creating and formatting a plan document is as easy as typing in MS Word. All relevant information — territories, quotas, rate tables and more — can be added without navigating to any other workspace. With the solution–s efficient plan distribution and tracking capabilities, managers and admins can distribute multiple plan documents to different segments of their audiences simultaneously, set up acceptance reminders, and even track distribution at the payee level. .
