The award is part of the Frost & Sullivan–s 2016 Best Practices Program, which recognizes companies in a variety of regional and global markets that have maintained consistently high standards for delivering customer value, and demonstrated outstanding performance in terms of initiatives that can improve the way ICT is delivered through areas such as leadership, technological innovation, customer service and strategic product development.
