CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA — (Marketwired) — 03/08/16 — Shuttle Computer Group, Inc., one of the world–s leading designers of small form computers, will be exhibiting the DS67U, a new 4K Bluetooth®- and WiFi-enabled media player in Booth #1542 at the Digital Signage Expo, March 16-17, 2016 in Las Vegas.
With Bluetooth, WiFi, and detachable antennas, it–s simple to connect peripherals to Shuttle–s DS67U media player, such as keyboards, mice, smart phones, tablets, etc., which makes it easier for integrators to interact with clients– access points. The DS67U incorporates Skylake® by Intel®, their most up-to-date processor.
For users who want a simple pathway to more storage, Shuttle–s new DS67U now supports M.2 SSDs, which are designed to enable high-performance storage in thin, power-constrained devices.
To provide even more application flexibility, the player supports two discrete displays simultaneously with 1080p resolution for the highest quality imaging and text. The DS67U has built-in HDMI and DisplayPort, two USB 3.0 ports, and two built-in RS232/RS422/RS485 serial ports, so integrators have more installation options. A VESA mount is included. The Shuttle DS67U fanless design operates 24/7 and consumes less than 20W of power at full capacity.
Shuttle Computer Group offers integrators imaging services and customized BIOS, which provides integrators a way to quicken deployments and reduce costs while maintaining consistency.
This new Skylake media player is available with a three-year limited warranty on parts and labor subject to terms and conditions.
Shuttle Computer Group is the North American subsidiary of Shuttle Inc., a publicly traded company established in 1983.
