Sydney, Australia ” December 2015
The online project management & invoicing software suite, Avaza has added PayPal as a new form of payment method for its clients. Clients can configure PayPal as a payment option by logging into their account–s Online Payments section. They need to enter their PayPal email address and enable it for one or more invoice templates. For invoices in supported currencies, a Pay Now button will be displayed allowing customers to pay immediately. The payment is automatically applied to the relevant invoice and Avaza administrators are emailed promptly whenever one of their customers has chosen to pay them through PayPal.
“You can quickly link your existing Paypal account, and start receiving credit card payments from customers in the currencies supported by PayPal.” says Tim Kremer and Behram Khan, founders of Avaza.
With the choice of PayPal as an added mode of payment, clients can reach to a whole new range of customers who don–t have credit cards, but have PayPal accounts. Also, PayPal can bridge the gap that the clients and their customers have in terms of difference in the currencies they are using. With the addition of PayPal as a payment method, Avaza–s clients can now setup their accounts without having the need to setup a merchant account with banks that accept major credit cards as forms of payment.
