Pritham Shetty joins GuideSpark as senior vice president of Engineering, Ammiel Kamon joins as senior vice president of Product and Marketing, and Matt Lindeman joins as vice president of Customer Success.

Shetty brings more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software in both technical and executive positions. He joins GuideSpark from Adobe Systems, where he held a number of executive positions, including his most recent role as vice president of Product Development in the Digital Marketing Business Unit, a $1.3 billion+ division. In this role, he led a global team of over 400 individuals responsible for the Adobe Digital Marketing Cloud Core Services and the Adobe Primetime business, which he created.
Shetty joined Adobe with the acquisition of Macromedia, where he was the architect and co-creator of the video delivery system to Flash platform, a key foundation for the explosion of video on the web. He also co-founded LikeMinds in 1994, producing a unique recommendation and personalization engine that was acquired by Macromedia. He holds over 30 patents and two Technology and Engineering Emmy awards for his contributions to bringing television to the Web and for creating the Recommendation Engine initially used by Netflix. Shetty holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in computer science from the University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering in India and a master–s degree in computer science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Kamon has a great track record of growing products and defining markets. He joins GuideSpark from SingTel–s Amobee, a $350 million division where he served as senior vice president of Products, following the acquisition of his big data company, Kontera, for more than $150 million. At Kontera, he was the executive vice president of Products and Marketing and led product evolution and market adoption of . Previously, he was the senior vice president of Products and Marketing at Emptoris, where his teams defined and soon led the Strategic Supply Management space (according to both Gartner and Forrester), winning more than 200 of the world–s largest enterprise customers and achieving rapid scaling to $50 million in recurring revenues.
Kamon was one of Netscape–s earliest team members and initial product managers, where he experienced hyper-growth to 3,000 employees and $400 million in revenues during his four and a half years with the company. He served as chief of staff to Marc Andreessen and later as Products vice president and general manager of an e-commerce business unit. He began his career at Oracle designing custom applications and parallel databases for Oracle–s largest clients. Kamon graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in computer science and business.
Lindeman is a seasoned service, support and customer success leader with more than 20 years of experience defining and delivering enterprise-grade solutions and services. Prior to GuideSpark, Lindeman held various enterprise service and support leadership roles at Brocade Communications and Hewlett-Packard, focusing on service differentiation and exceeding customer expectations. In his most recent role at Brocade, he led the Americas Premier Service and Support team, achieving world-class customer satisfaction results and overachieving growth expectations quarter over quarter.
Prior to Brocade, Lindeman led product management at Hewlett-Packard for its Enterprise Support portfolio, where he developed and grew the company–s Mission Critical Services portfolio into a more than $1 billion business. Lindeman graduated from Menlo College with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. He also earned an MBA from Santa Clara University.
