SANTA CLARA, CA — (Marketwired) — 08/11/15 — Silvaco, Inc. today announced that China–s Hangzhou Silan Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd (Silan-IC) has adopted its TCAD process and device simulation software for the development of power devices and related applications. The order includes Silvaco–s Victory Process (3D) and Athena (2D) process simulation and Victory Device (3D) and Atlas (2D) for device simulation, as well as Virtual Wafer Fab (VWF) for advanced analysis tasks, such as design of experiments (DOE), and for process or device optimization.
