(OTC PINK: GBGM) (“Company”) today announces that the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) has approved its name and symbol change and that effective on the opening of business on Monday, July 27, 2015 the Company will be named Innovativ Media Group, Inc. (“Innovativ”) and will trade under the symbol OTCPK:INMG going forward. This information will also be announced on FINRA–s Daily List on July 24, 2015.

The Company has also been assigned new CUSIP number 45781H102.
