RINCON, GA — (Marketwired) — 05/19/15 — (OTCQB: FONU) announced today that it has engaged Lexden Capital, LLC (“Lexden”) to advise and manage EB-5 financing for the benefit of the Company–s construction of sound stages, offices, and film support services on its 1,560 acre property in Effingham County, Georgia. EB-5 financing is a federally created program that facilitates foreign investment in United States based companies that generate new job creation.
Under the terms of the agreement, the initial loan amount under the EB-5 program will be for a minimum of Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000) and a maximum of Forty Nine Million Dollars ($49,000,000).
