Kate Johnson brings over 16 years of experience to Act-On Software in all aspects of accounting, finance and operations. In her most recent role she served as Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance at Jive Software, the market leader in collaboration and communication cloud software. During her six year tenure at Jive, Johnson was directly responsible for building the global finance and accounting organization that scaled the company from under $20M in annual revenue to over $175M in 2014, and played a leading role in the company–s IPO process. She also has extensive experience with mergers, acquisitions and fundraising. Johnson has a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Accounting from Oregon State University.

Ravi Balwada joins Act-On Software from BMC Software, where he most recently served as the Vice President & General Manager of its global SaaS business. In that role he was responsible for the company–s SaaS strategy as well as the division–s customer success, DevOps, SaaS, support and operations teams. Prior to BMC Software Balwada held senior positions in SaaS & Cloud Operations at CoreLogic, SumTotal, Oracle and Amazon. Balwada has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology.

Bobowski has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
