With a career spanning more than three decades at Maersk Line, United Arab Shipping Co. S.A.G. (UASC), and other leading companies in the ocean shipping sector, Ludvigsen brings extensive experience in global transportation, technology and program/operations management to INTTRA.

Most recently, Ludvigsen was CIO at UASC, where he was responsible for large, strategic projects as head of IT and achieved a substantial improvement in global IT spend during his nearly four year tenure bringing IT cost per TEU to one of the lowest in the shipping industry. Prior to UASC, Ludvigsen served in high-level advisory roles, including Interim CIO of Ports America, on behalf of Bestshore Business Solutions UK Limited, an IT and business consultancy firm founded by Ludvigsen in 2004.
Ludvigsen also spent 27 years at Maersk Line. From 2002-2004 he served as CIO for the company–s European region, and prior to that, held management positions within the company–s head office and Asia operations, earning a proven track record for the successful delivery of large and complex IT projects for the shipping giant.
