Charlie Brignac Joins Augme Technologies as Executive Vice President of Sales in Augme-s Consumer Product Goods Group

Mr. Brignac has served the consumer goods, beverage and packaging industries for more than 30 years as a salesman, marketer, consultant and entrepreneur. Through his multitude of experiences, he brings a unique perspective to innovation and new business development for brand groups, manufacturers, retailers and packaging suppliers. He has a proven track record in building emerging brands and new product lines across a variety of corporate environments and industries. Mr. Brignac has held management positions with National Beverage, Kraft, Capri Sun, Pillsbury, Hanes Corporation and Proctor & Gamble during the course of his career.

In his recent Marketing and Corporate Business Development role at Graphic Packaging International (“GPI”), Mr. Brignac focused on developing new interactive technologies to facilitate real-time communication between brands and consumers at the point of purchase and point of use. After joining GPI in June 2003, he became instrumental in leading new packaging innovation in the areas of high impact enhancements, retail ready packaging, interactive and electronic packaging. During this time, Mr. Brignac was a featured speaker on innovative packaging for Packaging Strategies, PIRA, PMA, and Michigan State University.
