MONTREAL, QUEBEC — (Marketwired) — 12/16/14 — TELUS Health, Canada–s largest Electronic Medical Records (EMR) provider and a leader in pharmacy management solutions, today announced the completion of its acquisition of pharmacy management solution provider XD3 Solutions, which currently serves more than 150 Quebec-based pharmacies. The agreement includes the transition of XD3 employees and expertise to TELUS Health, which will allow TELUS to provide customers with consistent service and a seamless transition. The acquisition brings the total number of Canadian pharmacies using TELUS Health pharmacy solutions to 3,000.
