(OTC PINK: MBHC) unveils its new name and OTC market ticker symbol just as the Company begins the user acceptance testing phase of its mobile user application and communications platform, which is expected to be launched by early first quarter 2015.
FINRA granted the OTC ticker symbol change to accompany the formalized name change of the Company to Mobile Broadcasting Holding, Inc. (MBHC) from Progress Watch Corp. (PROW). The Company–s management is working to resolve matters with Depository Trust Company related to implementation of the name change in the securities clearing system. The Company plans daily updates to the investing public until resolution is achieved.
