Science will continue to grow the PlayHaven Ad Network by investing in new solutions for mobile advertisers and publishers looking for better acquisition and ad monetization performance. With the sale of the PlayHaven Ad Network, Upsight will focus on growing its enterprise analytics and marketing platform. Since launching in March of this year, Upsight has rapidly grown its SaaS offering — setting company revenue records and exceeding growth projections.
The sale includes PlayHaven–s best of breed ad monetization solution providing targeted ad serving and customer acquisition through PlayHaven–s user segmentation platform. Upsight will continue to offer powerful analytics, in-app marketing tools, and push notifications.
