AudioEye and Grafton to Launch Highly Anticipated Goal Mastery Platform in United States, Japan and Australia

TUCSON, AZ — (Marketwired) — 12/11/13 — AudioEye®, Inc. (OTCQB: AEYE) (“AudioEye” or the “Company”), creator of the Audio Internet patented audio browsing and automated publishing technology platform, today announced that, along with the Grafton Integrated Health Network, it has developed a patent pending technology platform called that will be launched in the United States, Japan and Australia.

The Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) platform integrates AudioEye-s patented Audio Internet with the tracking skill attainment, real-time communication between members of multidisciplinary treatment teams, and clinical decision-support capabilities that have been developed by Grafton over 50 years in practice in the behavioral health field.

R.E.B.O.O.T. is designed to allow users and user groups to more effectively achieve goals within a prescribed timeline, and it provides for voice-driven data input and output. Grafton-s proprietary Behavioral Health intelligence engine powers decision support that can also be delivered in mobile, portable and audio formats. The software, which can be used by an individual or an organization of any size, will be sold by AudioEye, Grafton and a software distribution infrastructure comprised of value-added resellers and value-added distributors, beginning in the first quarter of 2014.

Grafton is a private, nonprofit organization that provides services to people overcoming emotional, behavioral and/or developmental challenges.

Since 2009, Grafton has been providing consultation and training services in Australia related to R.E.B.O.O.T, in the form of a mobile application designed for clinical and organizational decision-making.

Andrea Coote, Parliamentary Secretary for Families and Community Services in Victoria, Australia, recently visited with Grafton executives in Virginia. The purpose of the trip was to evaluate how certain practices were progressing and to gather ideas and information that can drive change within the disability sector in Australia.

“I believe Victoria and Virginia share similarities in that they are both concerned about the treatment of individuals in the disability sector,” observed Ms. Coote. “Both places recognize that the patient-s needs are paramount, and if those priorities are maintained, the benefits of new technology can be enormous. I was encouraged by the data supporting such an approach that I reviewed with Grafton-s executive management team.”

Users of R.E.B.O.O.T. will be able to quickly update observed information, along with successes and setbacks, in order to influence future decisions dealing with an individual-s progress towards established goals. Doctors and specialists working with patients, or teachers working with students, can also access the information, all from their smartphones, tablets or any other internet-connected devices.

Coote applauded the initiative for its openness and transparency. “The numbers don-t lie, so if something isn-t working, healthcare and educational professionals can quickly change treatment protocols in response to the needs of each individual,” she said. “It is impressive to see Grafton develop self-analysis tools that encourage constructive criticism by utilizing technology to improve behavioral health treatment outcomes.”

Dr. James Gaynor, Chief Executive Officer of the Grafton Integrated Health Network and named inventor of the R.E.B.O.O.T. platform, stated, “It was both humbling and exciting to be invited to major international symposia to present on Grafton-s evidence-based practices recently in Singapore, Tokyo, Sydney, Melbourne and Vienna. We believe that combining best practices from the behavioral health, education, and technology sectors will result in even greater utility for providers and positive outcomes for consumers on a global scale. R.E.B.O.O.T. helps achieve the primary goal of all major reform initiatives — increased quality and access at a reduced cost.”

Dr. Bill Hazel, Secretary of Health and Human Services for the Commonwealth of Virginia, also visited Grafton and, after reviewing R.E.B.O.O.T., stated, “It was highly productive to engage in an international dialogue about the current state of treatment for behavioral, physical and mental challenges, along with technologies and other tools that can improve future treatment.”

“The commercial readiness of R.E.B.O.O.T. enables revenue generation, represents the ideal 2013 capstone for our development team in Atlanta, and serves to advance our prescribed business plan,” observed Nathaniel Bradley, Chief Executive Officer of AudioEye, Inc. “We believe there are undeniable links between access to the Internet and mobile utilities, and access to justice, education, services and quality of life for individuals with a variety of impairments. Being part of the solutions that light the way forward is a global mission for all AudioEye stakeholders.”

Grafton began providing services for students with special needs in 1958, and in the 1970s the organization began to truly define its role in the field of treating disabilities. Grafton-s development of the first residential educational program for individuals with autism was followed by the adoption by many public school systems of services and programs specifically designed for individuals with disabilities. Today, as an industry leader in behavioral healthcare, Grafton empowers individuals to lead better lives. The organization provides continuous and coordinated services ranging from short-term stabilization and residential services to outpatient services and educational/career/technical training. These programs, along with a data-driven, trauma-informed model, help Grafton to develop successful plans of care, and clients thrive in a variety of settings. Grafton provides a continuum of services to children, youth and adults, including applied behavior analysis, early intervention, psychiatric residential treatment facilities, a short-term stabilization program, special education programs, community-based group homes, intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient services.
