The company unveiled a number of new legal partner applications, as well as major integrations with Guidance Software-s EnCaseĀ® eDiscovery product and iManage-s document management system via Intapp-s Integration Builder. Box is announcing a new relationship with Guidance Software, the World Leader in Digital Investigations, to offer its EnCase eDiscovery solution to Box customers. The EnCase eDiscovery integration with Box will allow law firms and in-house counsel to search, collect, and preserve electronically stored information (ESI) maintained in Box. Using the Box API, EnCase eDiscovery can quickly scan Box for relevant ESI, provide fast and centralized access to data for all parties involved and support a process for retention and deletion of data relevant in legal matters. This eliminates multiple manual steps and allows companies to respond to legal matters much faster, which is imperative during litigations and regulatory requests.

Box is also announcing an integration with iManage through Intapp-s Integration Builder. Last January, Box a partnership with Intapp, the leading provider of information security software for law firms, to offer compliance and control over documents shared via Box. Today, Box and Intapp are giving law firms a bridge between their legacy document management system, iManage, and Box.
