CAMPBELL, CA — (Marketwired) — 10/31/13 — Exalt Communications, Inc., the leading innovator of next-generation packet microwave backhaul systems, today announced the appointment of Gregory Marzullo as senior vice president of worldwide sales with responsibility for sales, channels, professional services, and support. Mr. Marzullo has over 25 years of experience developing and leading go-to-market initiatives which have secured over $1 billion in contracts for start-up and multinational organizations in the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and EMEA regions.

Before joining Exalt, Mr. Marzullo was vice president of sales at Fastback Networks, an early-stage start-up specializing in wireless small cell backhaul and carrier Ethernet service edge extensions. Mr. Marzullo also spent four years at Navini Networks as EVP global sales, where he grew annual orders and revenues at an 80% CAGR, leading to its acquisition by Cisco Systems in 2007. In previous positions, he headed global sales organizations at two other access technology start-ups, and also held several executive positions in sales and marketing during a 10-year career at Nortel Networks. Mr. Marzullo began his career in operations and marketing at Bell Atlantic.
Mr. Marzullo holds a Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech.
