He is an accomplished global IT services executive with more than 30 years of experience in executive management consulting, information technology and outsourcing.
Dufour comes from ISC Consulting Group, a global private consulting firm specializing in defense and business intelligence, as well as advanced analytics. It also provides clients with information technology and strategic training applications. As founder, president and chief operating officer, he has helped government and enterprise clients apply innovative technologies to improve their business operations and achieve higher business goals.

Previously Dufour held senior level positions for Aon Consulting and EDS Corporation where he oversaw account management service delivery, initial deployment, system availability, and information security for mission-critical environments. He has also done consulting for Caterpillar Tractor, Altria Group, Philip Morris, John Deere, Toro Manufacturing, Roche Pharmaceutical, Proctor & Gamble, Raytheon, Detroit Diesel and General Motors.
Dufour has a Bachelor of Science degree in information technology management from the University of Maryland.
