Ms. Warner has over 25 years of experience as a professional manager, executive, trusted advisor and thought leader in Information Technology (IT) and Life Sciences (LS). Kathleen was one of the first women executives at Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) and the first CIO at Boston College. Over the years, Kathleen has managed large, complex, global organizations in a matrix environment.
Over the past 12 years, Kathleen-s career expanded into LS where she held a variety of positions, including R&D Practice Head, PMO Executive, Business Development Executive, Consulting Partner and LS Domain Expert to name just a few. Kathleen has worked as a practitioner and strategist with many of the top pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology multinationals and has built organizations to successfully manage people and projects, business process and technology. Kathleen holds a PhD in Education and Technology and is a certified Project Manager.
