PARIS, FRANCE — (Marketwired) — 09/19/13 — Exclusive Networks Group today announced its revenues were EUR150m for the first half of 2013 – a 20% jump on 2012 figures – with growth continuing to be supported by increased business from core vendors and emerging technologies alike. The results remain on or above expectations for profits and revenue, and keep the Group on track for hitting total annual revenues in 2013 of EUR334m.
The results underline the company-s dominant position as the only credible pan-European VAD, and represent yet another milestone toward the vision of achieving EUR1bn annual revenues by 2017.
“We have a compelling proposition to attract new vendors looking for rapid European market penetration and expansion, whilst still demonstrating value to our established vendor partners. You cannot ignore the fact that these vendors simply don-t see a viable alternative to us,” said Olivier Breittmayer, CEO of Exclusive Networks Group. “Our partners are telling us we beat the competition on sales lead generation, marketing and technical services; we are proactive rather than reactive; that only we have the focus of a niche specialist and the footprint of a major distributor.”
The announcement of half-year results coincides with the appointment of Nicolas Trombert to the Exclusive Networks Group Management Team as Director of Corporate Development. Formerly an Investment Manager at Credit Agricole Private Equity, Trombert-s responsibilities involve identifying and evaluating strategic acquisition targets throughout the region.
“Nicolas is extremely talented and will make a valuable contribution to the business,” added Breittmayer. “His appointment represents our intention to always be ready to capitalise upon opportunities that enable us to achieve our vision for billion Euro growth.”
