Telx-s CHI1 facility is within the world-s largest datacenter at 1.1 million square feet and one of the most critical facilities for the global business community. Telx operates the critical interconnection area known as the “Meet-Me-Room,” and with this addition of an incremental 1.2 Megawatts across two new suites, Telx now operates 8 suites exceeding 3.7 Megawatts of high-density colocation space, making Telx one of the largest colocation providers at the CHI1 facility.
The strategic expansion enables new and existing Telx clients to grow and expand their services within an ecosystem of cloud services, digital media, financial markets and enterprises of various sizes. The continued growth of Telx-s power capacity provides seamless uptime and security that critical applications demand while reducing risk and exposure when compared to hosting “on-premises.”
