The live chat produced by ConnecTV will allow millions of television fans to cheer and react to the nominations for their favorite television programs and performers as they are revealed.
As the Primetime Emmy finalists are announced live, early Thursday morning, ConnecTV-s team will chat in real-time from 5:15 – 6:00 am PDT on twitter, using the hashtag #emmyschat to create real time conversation. The co-hosts for the live chat are Kirstin Benson, ConnecTV-s Entertainment producer-moderator, and Michael Buckley, ConnecTV-s Resident Host and internet personality. The nomination announcement will be carried live by most broadcast networks along with CBS.com at 5:40 am PDT. An entire pre- and post-nomination presentation will be streamed live on emmys.com and yahoo.com from 5:15 – 6:00 am PDT.
