Yappn Signs Agreement With Good Life Networks to Globally Socialize Its Omega Platform

NEW YORK, NEW YORK — (Marketwired) — 06/26/13 — Yappn Corp. (OTCBB: YPPN) (“Yappn or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its development platform, Yappn (), an upcoming online multi-lingual social community where people can meet, chat, engage and consume media in almost 70 languages, set to fully launch in Summer 2013, has signed an initial agreement to create global social programs for Good Life Networks (“GLN”), a leading developer of content relationships, technology and distribution.

Good Life Networks features over 1,500 authors and thought leaders in its Transformational Entertainment Network (“TEN”). GLN also has focused programs in health, wellness and lifestyle programming and an exclusive partnership with the International Speaker-s Bureau.

Under the terms of the deal, Yappn will provide its globalization discussion and broadcast language services enabling GLN-s proprietary Omega Platform, which supports sophisticated CRM (customer relationship management), ecommerce and entertainment retail activities to provide interactive global communications to its clients and their constituents in both a private and public environment.

GLN will activate Yappn-s global discussion network and Live & Global video broadcast platform where viewers can chat and select their choice of up to 70 subtitled languages when watching video broadcasts. The partners will also develop additional sponsorship and revenue channels based on specific client activities and events.

Yappn and GLN will hold their first commercial partner event, for a leading author. The private access program will be held on June 29, 2013, live from Universal Studios Hilton in Los Angeles.
